The University of Ibadan has extended the 2024/2025 academic calendar to 13 weeks following disruptions caused by the recent ASUU strike, which began on October 13 and ended on October 23, 2025. The updated academic calendar was released on November 3, 2025, adding two weeks to the original 11-week calendar. This adjustment ensures that teaching, revision, and continuous assessment are completed without compromising academic standards.
